The rules for using MEKU.

You must be at least 13 (or the minimum digital-consent age where you live) and legally able to enter this agreement. One person, one account, unless we agree otherwise. You are responsible for your credentials, your PIN and everything done through your account.

MEKU stores only a hash of your PIN and recovery answer. If you lose both, we cannot restore access to signing — you will need to reset via Settings → Security while you still have account access. Never share your PIN with anyone, including anyone claiming to be MEKU support.

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant MEKU a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the service. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload.

Do not post illegal content, sexual content involving minors, targeted harassment, hate speech, or content that infringes someone's rights. Do not impersonate others, run scams or phishing, spam, scrape, reverse engineer the service, bypass rate limits, or attack our infrastructure or the dApp proxy. Do not use MEKU to launder funds or evade sanctions.

We may remove content, limit reach, or suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or create legal risk. Repeated reports on the same content are escalated for review. Where practical we tell you why; urgent safety or legal cases may require acting first.

Transfers, tips and dApp interactions you authorise are executed on Arc and are irreversible. Verify the recipient address and network before confirming. MEKU cannot reverse a transaction, recover funds sent to a wrong address, or refund a transaction you approved.

Wallet infrastructure is provided through Circle. MEKU is not a bank, broker, exchange, or custodian of your funds in the traditional sense, and does not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice. You are responsible for any tax consequences of your activity.

The in-app browser applies phishing screening, sandboxing and proxy protections, but sites you visit are operated by third parties. We do not endorse them and are not responsible for their content, contracts or losses arising from them. Read what you sign.

Basic and Advanced tiers grant cosmetic and ranking features described on the Premium page. Benefits may change over time. Verification badges may be removed if an account is found to be impersonating or abusing the service.

MEKU runs on Arc testnet infrastructure and is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Features may change, break, or be withdrawn. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that data will never be lost.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MEKU is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of digital assets arising from your use of the service, including irreversible onchain transactions and third-party dApps.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end your access for breach of these terms. Provisions on content licence, liability and dispute resolution survive termination.
